In this food space, two talented chefs from Tochigi have teamed up for the first time. Shoichiro Aiba (Owner-Chef of LIFE), an Italian cuisine artisan, and Hiroyuki Emori (Owner-Pâtissier of Maison Givrée), a master of sweets, bring you a world of local gastronomy inspired by the flavors of the region. Interpreting the nature, history, and culture of Oya, Utsunomiya, and Tochigi through the lens of flavor, they create dishes that surprise and delight guests of all ages. Party menus suitable for business gatherings or celebrations are also available. Come and enjoy the unique flavors of this land, paired with experiences that can only be found here.
